A sweet surprise in the room
Upon arrival, we were delighted to discover a clean, spacious room with a stunning view of the pool. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
However, the wifi was unreliable, and despite several requests, the heater was not fixed during our stay. That made our evenings quite chilly.

our stay at royale parc hotel tagaytay was fantastic! the location is perfect, just 5 minutes from dekada and close to the ayala malls serin. we loved the spacious deluxe family room and the comfortable bed. the jacuzzi by the pool was a great touch, and the staff, especially josh, provided exceptional service.

The ambiance was delightful, and the spacious rooms offered a truly relaxing experience! ! Plus, the spa services were excellent, making our stay memorable.
Unfortunately, the service at the front desk was lacking, with inattentive staff creating unnecessary waiting times. Also, the room cleanliness left much to be desired.
